Zamia Cafe's (Kings Park) 'signature' dish. Approx $A20. Quite tasty, in small doses, I'd suggest sharing, rather than having a whole plate by itself.

Pan frying salmon

In this particular recipe the salmon is left to marinate in fish sauce. It is then dried (in air, for up to a day) prior to cooking. The drying process is the key thing in obtaining a crisp skin that does not stick to the pan.

Sukiyaki

Part one of the dish involves placing the ingredients into a suitable pot. First a layer of onions, then on top of this and in the centre place enoki mushrooms and watercress and then around the edge, fold and place the thin slices of beef.
